Description

20V/20A DC & PWM Switch (H0FR7) is a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) module based on:

  • STMicroelectronics STD36P4LLF6 P-channel MOSFET

  • High-bandwidth operational amplifier TSV772IYDT

  • STM32G0 MCU

The SPST switch utilizes the STD36P4LLF6 P-channel Power MOSFET featuring:

  • STripFET™ F6 trench gate technology

  • Exceptionally low RDS(on) across all packages

  • 30V drain-source voltage rating (derated to 20V for this application)

The TSV772IYDT operational amplifier provides:

  • 20 MHz bandwidth for high-speed signal processing

  • Precision analog measurement (≤0.2 mV voltage offset)

  • 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage range

  • Extended temperature operation (–40°C to 125°C)

  • Compact DFN8 package (2×2 mm)

Switching performance remains exceptional (>60 ns transition time) due to:

  • Highly efficient PMD3001D driver IC

  • Optimized compact layout

  • Enables PWM operation up to 30 kHz

This configuration supports both DC switching and PWM control applications requiring 20V/20A operation with precision current monitoring.
