Description

H09R0x is a thermocouple temperature sensor module based on Analog Devices AD8495ARMZ instrumentation amplifier and STM32F0 MCU.

  • Measure J- or K-Type thermocouples within the temperature range of -248 °C to 412 °C.
  • Use for temperature measurements in industrial ovens, refrigerators and cooling systems and combine with AC and DC relays for a complete solution.
  • Connect with other wired and wireless communication modules to collect temperature readings remotely.
  • Program advanced C code using our easy-to-use APIs and messaging system.
  • Use separately or combine with other Hexabitz modules and external hardware.

Front-end

  • Analog Devices AD8495ARMZ-R7 precision thermocouple amplifier with cold-junction compensation:
    • J- and K-Type thermocouples.
    • 5 mV/°C output.
    • -248 °C to 412 °C temperature range with 1.24V voltage reference.
    • Laser wafer trimmed to 1 °C initial accuracy.
  • Texas Instruments TLVH431ACDBVR 1% adjustable precision shunt regulator configured at 1.24V.
  • Thermocouple connector: TE Connectivity/AMP 2-position 5.08 mm shrouded header.

Back-end

  • STM32F091CBU6 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU.
  • 8MHz external oscillator.
  • Five array ports and six power ports (+3.3V and GND).
  • Access to 5xUART, 2xI2C, SWD, BOOT0, RESET.
