New Features

• Adding Test-ports CLI command for modules (to test ports connectivity)
• Adding new BOS parameter (disableCLI) to enable/disable CLI access
• Users are able to define their own CLI command in main.c
• Give users the ability to define their own messages in main.c and project.h

Bug Fixes

• Added flag to initialize the SD-Card  correctly (H1BR6x).
• Fixed the Baudrate problem in P3 in H26R0x.
• Fixed the UART mapping in P01R0x and P08R6x.

Known Issues
